its bn three weeks and singstar still hasnt sorted the problem of the new update.quick enough to take our money for the songs.sort it out.

Are you another person experiencing the DL14 H403 error when trying to download songs? If so please post in the thread for that error that I created so they know that this is a problem experienced by multiple users. 

I'm having that problem you see, but the more info we give them, and the more of us that do, hopefully will help them reailse the seriousness of the problem and may help them find a resolution for it.

i dont get error code at all.the songs that ive downloaded are very quiet,cant hear the artist sing.my friend has the same problem,since we updated to 5.12

Just to check, you haven't got the artists vocals set to fade out in the options have you?
