we bought singstar including a voucher for 20 songs.
When 1 song was downloaded suddenly the voucher disappeared from shop
What to do?
It was a birthday present but now we are very sad.
Twice we called the hotline (high and unacceptable costs - CLOSE IT) but
the answers were VERY DISAPPOINTING. IT did not help. It seems to be that the
hotline is unknow about singstar. Exactly the official instruction guidlines just were read and answered to us.
DO YOU THINK that we a stupid????
The hotline promised to correct the voucher and has sent an email with instruction. AGAIN,
just the official instruction guidline were copied and sent to us.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND THAT.
Summary: close this hotline and the support. Never again release such a buggy singstar game.
