Hi - I have purchased tracks on the store and I can see them in my Purchase History awaiting download (I have the email confirming that I have bought them) but when I try to download them the icons for the tracks vanish without download commencing. They will intermittently reappear, but on trying to download they will again vanish from the screen.

Hi!!! I just had the very same problem... I bought 9 songs and I received the confirmation e-mail, it asked me if I wanted to download them right away and when I selected Download now, it went to the Singstore main menu and didn't download anything. I've checked the Download History and they are not showing there, but If I try to go and download any of them again it says that I already have it and to go to Download History and select it to download.
They are all showing under Entitlements but that's it, they are not showing in the game.
I've called PS Support and I was told that they were going to send this request to another team which handles these approvals for re-downloads and that I will hear from them in 7-10 days. But I believe that will be a problem because the game is not even allowing me to download them because it knows that I already have them.
This is probably related to the last update so I'm hoping that an official response will be posted here and what should be the proper procedure to follow.
Darn I have a party tomorrow and I really wanted those new songs :'(
Hoping somebody will get to fix this soon.

Same here ... purchased but i cant download them ... my Errorode is: DL14 H403
Hotline just telling me i need to wait ... Mail to Support isnt beeing awnsered till now ... so this will be my last purchasement and the last singstar ive bought ...
Cant be that you pay for something you cant use at least! ... and there isnt any information you get or any massage from official side!
Worst support ive ever seen!

Bought two yesterday afternoon (GMT +2) and I still cant download them, they dont even rock up in my purchase history, I got the confirmation mail. SO FRUSTRATING. They had no problems taking my money.

Mine eventually rocked up on the download list two days later and once after a power cycle and then I saw them but couldnt download them , then trying again , I actually got them to download

the same problem: but. finally I have download this tracks. I found them in the menu where we choose songs to sing. With a square's help there it is possible to look through songs from Singstore.
There I have found songs which i have bought. And my second attampt to download these tracks was successful. Only one problem:There isn't these tracks in my Purchase History till now.

Same thing has happened to me, I am fuming :@ I have friends coming round tomorrow, and we were gonna have a contest. I purchased (yes, they had no problems taking my money) 13 songs and 4 dance add ons, so they have taken £16.55 out of my account, but like everyone else, I am unable to download the songs!! I have tried reloading the game, trying to download the songs again, but nothing is working I'll try again tomorrow morning, if it still doesn't work, I've got a lot of explaining to do to some very disappointed friends :/

Ok as I finished writing my previous post, I decided to give it one more try before bed, and it seems to be... working. They're not all on there yet, but some are, and every so often my song library says updating, then adds a new song.
How I did it:
I quit the game, turned my ps3 off, and left it for a few minutes, then I reloaded the game. Went into my singstore and purchase history, and pressed square to download all. Nothing happened at the time, but since then they have started downloading. I don't know if that is the way to do it, but may be worth a shot if people are still having problems
Ps, at this time I have 6 of my new songs downloaded, yet my purchase history is still only saying 1, that I got a few days ago

We are currently looking into the issues with the purchased songs not downloading, as soon as we have more information I will keep you updated.
This should now be functioning correctly, and you should not be experiencing any issues with the installation of purchased songs. If you continue to have any issues let me know!
