So i've been re-downloading all my songs after the recent loss (see my other topic), but found i'm missing two:
Take That - Patience
Belinda Carlisle - Heaven Is A Place On Earth (just the dance add-on)
So i looked in the SingStore and neither are there anymore (or in my purchase history), but i KNOW i had them before AND purchased them AND played them both.
Take That's Patience was added to the SingStore on the 2nd of June 2010.
And the dance add-on for Belinda Carlisle's Heaven Is A Place On Earth was added to the SingStore on the 2nd of February 2011.
Could someone else do me a favour and just see if they can see them on the SingStore (and either i've overlooked them or it's just MY SingStore display that's glitched).
And has anyone heard of any songs/dances being removed from the store after actually going on sale?
If they're really gone and i can't re-download them, surely i'd be permitted a refund? I was never aware i was just renting the songs.

Are you unable to see any of these songs regardless of the version of SingStar you are using?

Hi guys after some further investigation the Take That song was removed from the store, however users should still be able to redownload this as they have purchased it. We are still waiting for confirmation there are no issues here.
The Belinda Carlisle song has been fixed, and should be available for re-download after the next SingStore update on 30/05.
I will update as and when I know more.

When i tried to re-download the Take That song through purchase history, it wasn't showing up at all - there didn't seem to be any clear way to re-download it even though i had already paid for it and downloaded it before.
Thanks for getting the Belinda dance sorted. 
I got the dreaded red light of death last week, so i'm PS3-less (and SingStar-less) for a bit. now.
