My old PS3 got the YLOD, a while ago and I had to replace it. Now I need to re-download all the songs I had purchased for SingStar Vol 2. Problem is when I try, I get an error message kind of like this "The item you have selected can not be downloaded because it is associated with another system." I've had a look around and everything I've found says the same thing. "You need to call Sony." So I did. One month later and I still can't re-download the songs. I'm not sure what I should do now.

I'm Canadian, and only found the number for U.S. Consumer support.

A quick search online seems to confirm what you wrote - Canada's support for ps3 can be found south of your border.

I remember when my fat model ylod, it took a couple of times of contact with Sony here Sweden to unlock the songs for me. Best give them a bell again and tell them you're still waiting. Good luck!

Thanks. I'll give them a call again today hopefully it works this time my family quit playing cause all our songs are gone.

Still can't download my songs. Called again today but they changed the options now I can't even ask them about this because network options are only for resetting password. I' ve heard you can email them for support but I can't seem to find the email address. If anyone knows anything please help.
