2 days ago I purchased 16 songs through the Sing Store. Attempts to download these songs consistently fail. Either unable to get into the Sing Store, or unable to access my account, and then the download fails after hours of trying to download. In the last 3 days I have been able to get 2 songs downloaded. I have placed 2 calls into Sony where they have tried to trouble shoot this, but basically now have no other advice to give. My Internet connection to the PS3 is fine. We are able to download games through the playstation network and obtain the updates for the PS3 without any problem. I even obtained an additional list of ports to open for my router from the first person I talked to at Sony. None of this has helped. How am I supposed to get these downloads (that the charge had no problem going through)????? This is so frustrating, and it doesn't help that there seems to be no actual support for singstar. I have no where else to write about this or phone number to call. I have found multiple places on the internet with people complaining about this same problem as far back as 2007, with no solution ever offered. Help? Anyone out there?
