LE13 Error Code

I've seen a few people on these forums seem to have got error code LE13 but there doesn't seem to be any definite solution.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? Failing that perhaps someone from Sony can help? It's very frustrating not being able to use any online features for Singstar when every other game works fine!!!

Same problem here LE13, can't access the singstore.

Singstar takes now ages to start up as well.

 

Everything else works fine, PSN, other games online, other devices in my network and nothing changed on my router. Checked everything, but can't seem to find the source of this problem.

 

This is already like this for the last month maybe 2 months, and can't find nothing except for a handfull of people complaining about this online.

 

Anybody tried a factory reset? Maybe this is somehow related to the last PS3 firmware?

Yes, I've been having the same problem for a few weeks now. I can't get into the store, and when I do it's extremely slow, doesn't load thumbnails and I am unable to buy anything since the cart page will just keep loading.

Hi guys,

 

The Singstar team have asked for a bit more info to help them investigate this issue.

 

Those of you who are still having problems please respond to this post with the model of your PS3 (fat or slim) and the BLES code of your singstar disk.  This can be found on the disk its self or the spine of the game box.

I am also receiving this error, and the most frustrating thing is that it allowed me to browse and purchase the tracks I wanted, but now I get this error and can't download what I have paid for. It will sometimes log in and begin downloading the first track, and then boot me out well before it has finished.

 

I have the slim PS3 and my Singstar disc is BCES 00293. PAL (Australia).

Hiya some information here about problems i'm having.

 

I've just gone onto singstar to download some more songs but also get the error LE13 "Check you network connections and try again" 

A few times i've gotten into the store and the game has either frozen allowing me to do nothing or the game 'shuts off' and takes me back to the PSN menu.

I have a fat PS3 but have tried different Singstar games to try and see if it was the game that was having the issue (this was until i found this on the forum).

BCES 01257 shut off the game and froze

BCES 00607 came up with the error LE13+ B03 (i think it was B03)

Both are from England 

I haven't tried any others yet.

Also i don't go onto Singstar much and don't think i've been on the home yet.

Just some specific information hope this helps.

I just picked up Singstar to play with my girlfriend.  I bought a dozen songs and before I could finish downloading them I was disconnected and can't log back into the store getting an LE13 error code!  What am I supposed to do to fix this?!  This is so disappointing because other than this problem everything about the game seems great.
