Help needed about purchasing new songs.

Hello there,

I've purchased a PS3 to my teenager daughter, 16 years old.
We've got 2 discs of SingStar: Motown and ABBA, however, my daughter is wishing to purchase some packs such Bon Jovi, Roxette, etc.

The problem is, we're living in Bulgaria, and it seems our region has no SingStar Online Store to access, all the time I try, I got:  SingStore Not Open.

I thought of creating a new PS3 account and therefore a new PSN account, register as country UK, but, the question is, if I set country UK, when I fill-in my CC data, shall I face a problem as well, once my card is registered in Bulgaria. Shall I have problems?

Isn't there any other way to purchase songs online and then transfer to the PS3?
